Nasim kiani
Art Director
Nasim Kiani
was born in 1988 in Tehran. Her academic career started with acting and directing, and gradually she discovered her love for writing and did a master’s in Dramatic literature.
Most of Nasim’s writing, including her screenplays and short stories are in the fantasy-drama genre. During these years, she also started her own animation production studio, Singow, aspiring to turn her fantasy works into animated films. Since its inception, the studio has worked with notable brands, such as Irancell (prominent Iranian mobile operator), Alavi Foundation, and The Iranian Nutrition Institution. Following its early success, the studio has started working on short-story-driven animated series.

Mostafa Mostafavi

Mostafa Mostafavi
was born in Tehran in 1987. He got a Diploma of Maths & Physics at college but his immense passion for Cinema and Literature made him change ways and he chose to go to the Art University of Tehran to study filmmaking.
His early career includes the production management for 36 short films and then producing a few documentaries and also one feature film.
With the growth of the web and the development of startup ecosystem in Iran back in 2010, Mostafa co-founded some digital content presentation platforms with his college friends. Among these platforms, Myket is the most successful, being the second rated app in the Iranian store. Taaghche is the other major app with 2 million users, being a leading app in the field E-books and audio-books.

In the recent years, Mostafa has focused more on designing content strategies for the children and teens of the app generation, working on communicating with this generation using stories, songs and lullabies. His work in this field has included planning a couple of festivals and running a project at MCI –Iran`s Number one mobile operator- for developing young talents. The project is based on international studies and the ideas of prof. Howard Gardner and Harvard Project Zero.

Abbas Jalali Yekta
Lead Animator
Abbas Jalali Yekta
was born in 1979 in Tehran, Iran. He has a degree in filmmaking.
During past years, he has worked as an animator, character designer, background designer, storyboard designer, and director for animated short films and commercials. A number of animations that he made were shown at international festivals like Annecy, receiving awards. Among his major works are Son of the Sea (2019), A Thousand Legends (2015_2016) and Mr. Violet(2013_2014).
He currently directs the Iranian animation series Sugar Land, which is one of the country's most popular shows.
The team he is currently leading consists of experienced, creative, and professional animators who are ready to work on international projects in a variety of styles and budgets.
